Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shri Shyam Enterprises, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, SEO, and web development services. Because our work involves custom strategy, engineering resources, and immediate labor deployment, we operate under a clear and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review these terms carefully before starting a project or retainer with us.

1. Advertising Spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Important Notice regarding Ad Budgets: Any funds paid directly to advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Bing Ads) are managed directly inside your billing accounts or billed straight to your credit card by the respective platform. Shri Shyam Enterprises has no control over these funds, and they are 100% non-refundable by us under any circumstances. Any refund requests for ad spend must be addressed directly with the advertising platform according to their terms of service.

2. Campaign Setup & Strategy Fees

Setup fees cover initial account audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, tracking tag setups, and initial landing page builds. These setup fees are non-refundable once our team begins onboarding and research, as resources are immediately allocated to your project.

3. Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing services (such as Monthly SEO, PPC Management, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing):

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the active billing cycle.
• No pro-rata refunds are given for partial months if you choose to pause or terminate services mid-month.
• Any campaign cancellation request must be submitted in writing to your Account Manager at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. If notice is received less than 30 days before, the next month's invoice will still be due and will be the final billing cycle.

4. Website Design & Development

Web development projects are structured in milestones (e.g., Wireframe & Design Approval, Core Development, Final Launch). The refund terms are as follows:

• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once design mockups have been drafted.
• If a project is cancelled after design approval but before final coding, the client is responsible for paying for all hours worked up to the cancellation date at our standard hourly rate ($50/hour), and any remaining project balance will be waived.
• Once a website is coded, approved, and launched on the client's live domain, no refunds will be issued.

We are committed to client satisfaction and will work to address any performance issues, modify strategies, or redefine campaign targets to align with your expectations.
